I'm Karina,

 

a photographer and writer based in Squamish, BC, passionate about conservation, creativity, mindfulness and sustainable travel.

My mission is to challenge societal norms that keep us living on auto-pilot and create positive change in the lives of others.

 

My vision is a world less full of fear and judgement and more full of love and understanding. 

 

My purpose is to bring my ideas to life and make art.  

 

 

When it comes to photography, I strive to seek out the beauty all around me and creatively bring it into every aspect of my work, regardless of the subject matter.

My portfolio is characterized by portraits, landscape & adventure photography, and - more recently - underwater photography. My goal is to one day swim with whales & sharks, learning about and documenting them in their environment.

While I enjoy writing and posting on platforms like blogs and social media, there's nothing I love more than meeting new people.
